The application period of AY 2025/26 opens to ALL!

To be eligible for admission, a candidate:

• should hold a Bachelor's degree (in any discipline) from a recognized university or comparable institution; OR should possess a qualification deemed to be equivalent.
• Satisfy at least one of the following requirements on English Language Proficiency (for applicants whose first degree was obtained from non-English-medium institutions):
  • TOEFL: 550 (Paper-based); 79 (internet-based);
  • IELTS (Academic): Overall Band at 6.5;
  • CET-6 (College English Test band 6): 450

* The test result provided should be within two years from the date of issuance of the Admission Offer letter.

* Incomplete documents/Information submitted/uploaded (ie: IELTS result) will not be considered. 

Application materials (including a Prospectus) can be obtained through the Graduate School's webpage. Qualified applicants may be interviewed to access their motivation and suitability for the Programme.

The tuition fee is HK$189,600 which is payable in four semesters (part-time)/ two semesters (full-time).

Academic Prize

The various classifications/designations of award are based on the cGPAs following the University guidelines. Students who obtained the cGPA 3.40 (Merit) and cGPA 3.67 with no grades below B- and no repeats (Distinction) will be eligible for the MPA academic prize. 

Scholarships for 2 international students

This scholarship is based on the cGPAs following the University guidelines. This scholarship aims to support talented students from around the world in their pursuit of academic excellence. Upon completion of the programme, 2 international students must initially pay the full tuition fee and must obtained the cGPA 3.00 or above will be eligible for a half-tuition scholarship.

Annaul travel subsidy to 5 students participating in the Washington Summer Institute in summer 

To alleviate the financial burden associated with travel expenses and encourage students to take advantage of the valuable learning opportunities, up to 5 students who participate in the summer 2-week program at the Washington Summer Institute in U.S. will be eligible for a travel subsidy of HK$6,000/student.
