Guest speaker from the EU Office in Hong Kong and Macau

We were thrilled to invite the Ambassador Thomas Gnocchi, the Head of the European Union (EU) Office in Hong Kong and Macau as a guest speaker to talk to our MPA students about the policy-making process at the EU level, as well as public policy and governance on 22 March 2023 at the Hong Kong Baptist University. The guest lecture was a great success and provided students with valuable insights.
